Photography exhibition of large prints which will show chosen frames from the Festival, starting with black and white photographs from 1971. up until today.

Briefly about the exhibition
“The exhibition connects music and fine arts in an inspiring way, in this case baroque music and contemporary ceramic art. The authors merged the two media here, music and art, in the most inspiring way, transcribing the features of one into the other, while creatively “transforming” musical baroque into artistic speech with a contemporary expression. Using all the rich symbolism and associativity that has always bound these two media. It is interesting that many of them were especially interested in those “heritage rhythms” of the Varaždin Baroque, which they interpreted imaginatively and intriguingly, “in the tonalities” of contemporary art. ”

 

Total Baroque will dominate the main town square, Korzo, and turn it into a place for true baroque pleasure during the jubilee 50th Varaždin Baroque Evenings.

The beauty of the square will be enriched by floral installations (orchestra, flower walls, swing and table) inspired by Baroque and set as part of the International Flower Exhibition organized by the Association of Gardeners of Varaždin County, while the pleasant atmosphere will be enhanced by the sounds of Baroque music.
You will be able to enjoy all this with a specially prepared offer of caterers on the square.
In addition to the inevitable BAROQUE BEER, beer lovers can expect WARASDINER pale ale beer, and we also offer top quality wine from the Varaždin Baroque Evenings.
Coffee lovers will be able to taste baroque selfiecino (coffee with a visual of Varaždin Baroque Evenings), Vivaldi and Rococo coffee.
A Merlot chocolate cube or a Sweet baroque dream will sweeten the moments, a MONTEVERDI grog will warm you up, and a LADY CHATTERLEY gin cocktail will complete the experience.
